Help create content for socials (Instagram) and website. This includes photos from last year, graphics / announcements, etc. plus help formatting documents like the map and schedule for the actual weekend

Assist Jenna with welcome bags + merch design & ordering

1 full day shift (Friday or Saturday). Help the event stay on schedule by gathering performers that are on deck, making announcements when activities are starting, etc

partial day shift. Dedicated sober attendee to act as go-to person for any external interactions (including emergency trips to town, interactions with campsite host, etc)

Research concepts / product / rentals for stage design including decor and lighting. Help with construction and weekend of set up.

Help book a range of music genres for the event. Gather information from the artists on their stage and sound requirements, preferences for time slot within the schedule, etc. With Activities Coordinator, help make schedule.

1 full day or weekend shift. Document the event, help with recording of sets (sound and video). (Professional equipment not required, phones and drones welcome too!)

partial day shift (Thursday night, Friday morning / afternoon). Ensure only confirmed attendees are entering the campsite (no random stragglers). Hand out welcome bags and help direct traffic to camping areas of the site.

Be the go-to person for coordinating with any external vendors, artists, rentals, etc. Answer questions for attendees leading up to the event.

Help book other non-music activities (ex. yoga, paddleboard rentals, trivia). Coordinate on logistics and requirements with activity leaders. With Music Coordinator, help make schedule.

partial day shift. Help keep the campsite clean by tossing empty cans, collecting items to put in lost & found, make sure bathroom is still stocked

full day or weekend shift. Keep the energy up between sets (with jokes, music off your phone during change over, etc)
